Description

You will lead a team of Corporate Accountants, oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX, and drive process improvements through automation and AI. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical expertise and a passion for leadership and modernizing accounting operations.

Requirements

• CPA designation
• 3+ years in similar role or public accounting (audit)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and IFRS
• Experience with complex technical accounting areas (leases, commission capitalization)
• Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close process ensuring accuracy and strong financial controls
• Oversee preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Corporate Accountants
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audits
• Lead implementation of new accounting processes and systems, including automation and AI initiatives
