🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Supervise CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end reviews
• Manage and mentor a team of staff accountants

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience with 2-3 years in real estate
• Proficiency in real estate accounting software like Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA designation is highly preferred
• Experience with lease abstractions and rent roll integration
• Knowledge of 1031 exchanges and depreciation schedules
