🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical direction and mentor engineers
• Propose improvements to architecture, tooling, and release processes
• Create and review PRs with thoughtful feedback
• Diagnose and fix live product issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Swift development with automated testing
• Deep understanding of Swift concurrency (async/await, actors)
• Strong command of iOS design patterns and best practices
• Comfortable working with and bridging from Objective-C

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Fastlane)
• Firebase SDK suite experience
• Feature flag platforms like LaunchDarkly
