This role offers the chance to represent the organization in client meetings as a subject matter expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and update site contract processes and procedures.
• Line manage a team of contract and budget associates.
• Allocate resources and forecast workload for new business.
• Review, draft, and negotiate clinical study agreements.

📋 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Experience in Site Contracts departments in a CRO.
• Experience dealing with big healthcare institutions in North America for clinical trial agreements.
• Experience in people management remotely.
