💼 About This Role

You'll design and build backend systems for Attio's CRM, leading projects end-to-end to solve real customer problems. You'll architect scalable, reliable, and secure features, re-architecting as needs grow. This role offers the chance to work with TypeScript/Node.js on GCP and influence product direction across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP.
• Lead projects from ideation to deployment end-to-end.
• Architect systems for performance, reliability, and scale.
• Design REST API contracts for internal and external consumers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Excellent knowledge of modern Cloud Native architecture.
• Track record of ownership and product delivery.
