You'll join the Deposit Services team to handle compliance review, application processing, and customer inquiries for banking investment products. Your work ensures accuracy and regulatory compliance while delivering superb customer service to brokers and clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review investment applications for compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Resolve client and broker inquiries via phone, email, or fax.
• Input and verify investment details in the banking system.
• Process GIC redemptions, maturity cheques, and TFSA transfers.

📋 Requirements

• 12 months of front-line customer service experience.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Office administration experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with broker-referred GICs or mutual fund products.
• Familiarity with HISA products and FundSERV settlements.
• Experience in the financial or mortgage industry.
