💼 About This Role

You'll lead industry coverage for clean energy and infrastructure clients at Crux, advising on capital structure and financing across debt, tax equity, and tax credits. You'll build enduring relationships with developers, IPPs, and utilities while leveraging Crux's market intelligence and driving transaction execution across all product lines. This role combines deep expertise in energy finance with a tech-forward approach to AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
• Advise on capital structure and capital formation strategy
• Win mandates across debt, tax equity, and tax credits
• Collaborate with product and AI teams on new offerings

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years in power/utilities or renewables finance
• Significant transactional experience in debt, equity, M&A, and tax equity
• Proven client relationship-building in investment banking coverage
• Expertise in clean energy and infrastructure capital markets
