You'll oversee cafe infrastructure and daily facility operations for Roblox's multiple cafes. You'll troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, minimizing downtime and vendor reliance. This role combines hands-on technical work with program coordination in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee comprehensive Maintenance Program for Cafe Equipment Operations
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cafe equipment to minimize downtime
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for kitchen and dining areas
• Establish communication lines with team members, vendors, and janitorial staff

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Facilities/Cafe Operations experience
• Working knowledge of commercial Cafe/Kitchen systems and components
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair cafe equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
• Solid understanding of building infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
