You'll develop statistical models and optimization algorithms to scale Waymo's Operations Center. You'll partner with engineering and product to drive efficiency and customer experience for the world's most trusted driver.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop statistical models for optimal staffing and rapid response.
• Design optimization models for request prioritization and queuing.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to improve Operations Center efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Operations to define metrics and experimentation.

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of industry experience
• Coding skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with Modeling and Optimization
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
