💼 About This Role

You'll join the Product team at Coins.ph, the most established crypto brand in the Philippines. You'll own the user journey from onboarding to trading and payments, driving decisions through data and AB testing. This role offers a chance to work on crypto and fintech products in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize user journeys
• Own operational metrics like KYC pass rates, payments/trading conversion
• Drive decision-making through quantitative results and AB testing
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scale the business

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or design-related field
• Experience building and managing crypto, payments, or fintech products
• Familiarity with the Philippines and/or Southeast Asian markets
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use hard data

• Experience in a data-driven environment moving metrics to KPI goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
