💼 About This Role

You'll support the Default Servicing team by preparing and maintaining pre-foreclosure files and ensuring documentation accuracy. You'll help prevent foreclosures and minimize investor losses through meticulous tracking and data entry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build pre-review foreclosure folders and compile required documents.
• Enter property inspection results into servicing systems accurately.
• Track loans in the pre-foreclosure pipeline and update statuses.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or default servicing.
• Basic understanding of pre-foreclosure processes and documentation.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to follow defined processes in a compliance-driven environment.

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
• Exposure to CFPB guidelines and FDCPA concepts.
