💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business growth by selling electricity, natural gas, and green energy contracts to large key accounts. You'll build long-term client relationships and deliver solutions that optimize energy spend. This role offers uncapped commission potential with a hybrid schedule in Waco, TX.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with C-level decision makers.
  • Analyze customer positions and commodity contract performance.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–10 years selling B2B electricity, natural gas, or green energy contracts
  • Multi-year track record of exceeding individual quotas (~$1M+)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into multiple levels of an organization

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with energy procurement brokerage sales
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and demand response
  • Familiarity with facility management solutions
