Description

You will lead Nextdoor's investor relations strategy, deepen engagement with the investment community, and drive corporate development initiatives that enhance long-term shareholder value. Reporting to the CFO and CEO, you will shape the equity narrative, manage earnings calls and investor conferences, and evaluate M&A and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate development
• Senior IR experience at a publicly traded company
• Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, or marketplace business models
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
• Executive presence with strong communication and cross-functional influence

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations strategy, including earnings materials, conferences, and shareholder engagement
• Develop and articulate differentiated long-term equity narrative aligned with strategy
• Analyze shareholder composition, market sentiment, and peer performance
• Identify and evaluate M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments
• Support capital allocation strategy and Board materials
