You'll help aging adults access personalized online workouts while achieving key performance metrics like completing 100 outbound calls daily and maintaining a 92%+ customer satisfaction score.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience as inside sales rep, call center CSR, or health coach
  • Effective communication and empathetic listening
  • Experience with CRM and customer service tools (e.g., Insightly, HubSpot)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and quick learner

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily
