💼 About This Role

You'll own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok for an AI agent infrastructure platform. Your core impact is building influencer, newsletter, and partnership channels to reach a technical audience. You'll run fast experiments and demo the product credibly to translate technical capabilities into customer value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
• Build influencer, newsletter, podcast, and partnership channels
• Deeply understand ICP through customer conversations and usage data
• Manage agencies from brief to outcome, replacing underperformers

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing paid acquisition ad spend at scale
• Understanding of developer tools and technical audience marketing
• Track record of getting good work from agencies and vendors
• Ability to build, ship, and iterate at a startup pace

✨ Nice to Have

• Event marketing or field events experience
• Familiarity with AI/agent ecosystem
• Comfortable pulling and analyzing your own data
