💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Squad at 360Learning to architect and ship agentic AI features from prototype to production. Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering, you'll own the technical strategy and drive real-world impact for thousands of users. This role is unique because you'll help scale from 5 to 10+ AI features in one of the fastest-moving fields.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of new AI features from design to production
• Optimize AI systems for cost, latency, and scale
• Make architectural decisions for multi-feature AI platform
• Prototype and ship advanced capabilities like new modalities
• Be the technical authority for peer AI engineers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years taking GenAI/LLM systems from prototype to production
• Strong Python experience with clean production code
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, etc.)
• Familiarity with Search, RAG, semantic search, and vector databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM observability tools (Langfuse or similar)
• Evaluation of models and solid ML fundamentals
