You'll build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs at scale, working with tens of billions of records to protect organizations from cyber threats. You'll collaborate with data engineers and data scientists, making practical architecture decisions around performance, cost, and reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional software engineering with strong backend focus
• Experience building and running production systems at scale
• Strong experience in Python, Go, or Java
• Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with large datasets and high throughput systems

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining high performance APIs and backend services used at scale
• Designing background services and data processing workflows over large datasets
• Working closely with data engineers and data scientists on AWS and Databricks
• Profiling and tuning systems to improve throughput, latency, and stability
• Helping shape and evolve API standards and best practices
