You'll lead the development of Arable's hardware ecosystem, including the Mark 3 sensing platform, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to production. You'll shape the future of agricultural sensing technology while overseeing offshore manufacturing operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hardware engineering from concept to production.
• Manage domestic and offshore manufacturing operations.
• Oversee and validate ODM designs to meet quality standards.
• Develop technical documentation for designs and testing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• 6+ years of hardware engineering experience with full PCB design lifecycle.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of regulatory testing (FCC, CE) and NPI processes.

• Advanced technical degree.
• 8+ years bringing multiple hardware products to mass production.
• Experience with wireless product design (WiFi, BLE, cellular) or RTOS.
