You'll support licensed colorists to provide a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn services and work towards promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. This role offers paid training and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist with finishing services and product application.
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in Florida.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.

• Salon or beauty industry experience.
