You'll lead visual merchandising for ALO's retail store, bringing the brand's product strategy to life on the sales floor. Your work directly impacts sales and customer experience by ensuring the store is always customer-ready. This role blends creative visual execution with business analysis and team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute visual merchandising changes per directives and business needs.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and stock levels.
• Lead and develop the visual team through coaching and accountability.
• Plan floor changes using payroll management and adapt support.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move entire shift
• Open availability including peak days, weekends, and holiday blackout period
