💼 About This Role

You'll lead the real estate, design, and construction engine that brings our physical spaces to life. You will own the end-to-end pipeline from deal sourcing to project delivery. This is a hands-on executive role where you'll redefine D&C processes and drive scalable growth with strong unit economics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end real estate pipeline: sourcing, deal structure, negotiation, funnel management
• Deconstruct and redesign D&C processes to reduce cost and time without sacrificing quality
• Build partnerships with construction firms and hold them to required standards
• Elevate design function and push team to challenge assumptions across brand portfolio

📋 Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in construction and design with strong fluency in commercial real estate
• Track record of owning and scaling a physical development or real estate platform at executive level
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
• Strong financial acumen understanding how decisions flow to unit economics and EBITDA
