You'll own the systems, automations, and infrastructure that power the sales engine at a fast-growing European brand-experience company. You'll partner with sales reps and content owners to turn a working sales motion into a fully systemised one, with AI at the heart of the vision. The role sits at the intersection of CRM architecture, AI-driven process automation, and lead generation.
π― What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end inbound sales process architecture
- Configure and improve CRM (Bitrix24) pipelines and automations
- Build and deploy AI agents for sales task automation
- Own technical architecture of email marketing sequences
π Requirements
- 3+ years in sales operations or revenue operations
- Hands-on CRM configuration experience
- Practical experience building AI-powered workflows
- Fluent English (C1+)

- German or Polish language skills
- Digital-native or e-commerce background
