Description

In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison between Ivalua and its customers, leading integration efforts of Ivalua's procurement platform with client ERP and third-party systems. You will collaborate with project managers, assist clients with coding and configuration, and advocate for customer needs to the product team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in web-based software development and deployment
• Experience with SQL Server and writing queries
• Proficiency with transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2) and APIs
• Hands-on coding with SOAP and REST APIs and Web Services
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across continents

Responsibilities

• Integrate Ivalua products with customer systems via APIs and transfer protocols
• Serve as technical lead for integration efforts during projects
• Assist clients with sample code, configuration, and debugging
• Become subject matter expert on Ivalua's technology and products
• Communicate customer requests for product enhancements to Product team
