You'll serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff needing technical support, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless user experience while expanding your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for IT Help Desk Tier 1 support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues like password resets and account management
- Create accurate and detailed tickets based on every customer encounter
- Collaborate with IT staff to resolve and manage unresolved tickets
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals
- Written and spoken Spanish and English fluency
โจ Nice to Have
- Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2-5 years of related desktop experience
