You'll serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff needing technical support, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless user experience while expanding your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for IT Help Desk Tier 1 support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues like password resets and account management
  • Create accurate and detailed tickets based on every customer encounter
  • Collaborate with IT staff to resolve and manage unresolved tickets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Written and spoken Spanish and English fluency

  • Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 2-5 years of related desktop experience
