🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on critical building systems
• Manage service contractors during routine and emergency repairs
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians

📋 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of job-related experience
• CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic skills with Microsoft Outlook and work order systems

• Knowledge of blueprints and code requirements
• Advanced proficiency with HVAC and BAS
