You'll build and operate the data infrastructure powering BJAK's analytics and product insights, working with analytics and engineering teams. Your core impact is ensuring data reliability and accessibility at scale for a leading insurance platform. This role offers high ownership and autonomy in a flat structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines (batch/streaming).
• Ingest data from APIs, databases, and event streams.
• Manage data warehouses and data lakes for analytics.
• Partner with teams to deliver clean, documented datasets.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Data Engineer or data-heavy Backend Engineer.
• Strong Python or TypeScript and SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Experience building production data pipelines.

• Experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP).
• Exposure to streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering practices.
