Description

You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, generate demand for Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health services, and drive referrals by meeting with patients, parents, and providers. You'll synthesize market feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Based in Rockland, Orange or Sullivan County, NY area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers in the field 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
