💼 About This Role

You'll own customer outcomes end-to-end for an AI-native sales acceleration platform, guiding onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring measurable ROI as the first dedicated senior CS hire. You'll shape the customer journey from scratch, building playbooks and metrics that scale with the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Build CS playbooks including health scoring and QBR frameworks
  • Drive product adoption and ROI through structured engagement
  • Monitor customer health and identify expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10 years of enterprise Customer Success in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing high-ARR customer books
  • Proven track record of building CS processes from scratch
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences

✨ Nice to Have

  • Domain expertise in sales software or revenue intelligence
  • Previous experience at companies known for strong CS like Gainsight or Gong
  • Experience managing or mentoring other CSMs
