You'll drive institutional OTC growth and blockchain project partnerships for a leading algorithmic trading firm. You'll own the region's strategic growth plan, working closely with teams to launch new products and deepen ecosystem relationships. • Grow institutional OTC business globally

📋 Requirements

• Experience in both traditional financial and digital assets services
• Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options
• Experience in business development or client-facing roles
• Proven delivery of business results with measurable outcomes
