You'll lead the global Customer Success Enablement Strategy for D2L's cloud learning platform. You'll oversee onboarding, productivity, and training to drive customer outcomes. This role requires 25% travel.

  • Design and deliver competency-based enablement programs
  • Own and evolve Customer Success onboarding program
  • Develop readiness programs for new product launches
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person enablement events

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement strategies in fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen aligning enablement to retention and growth goals
  • Proven project management skills scoping, planning, and measuring programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills

  • Experience with virtual learning environments and LMS
  • Understanding of AI tools for Customer Success
