You'll lead the global Customer Success Enablement Strategy for D2L's cloud learning platform. You'll oversee onboarding, productivity, and training to drive customer outcomes. This role requires 25% travel.

- Design and deliver competency-based enablement programs
- Own and evolve Customer Success onboarding program
- Develop readiness programs for new product launches
- Facilitate virtual and in-person enablement events
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement strategies in fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen aligning enablement to retention and growth goals
- Proven project management skills scoping, planning, and measuring programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills

- Experience with virtual learning environments and LMS
- Understanding of AI tools for Customer Success
