Description
You will own the multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels, driving pipeline and revenue growth through platforms like Paid Search. You'll lead a team, manage budgets, and experiment across ads and landing pages to optimize efficiency and scale, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps.
Requirements
- 8+ years in data-driven B2B SaaS marketing with track record of driving efficient revenue and customer growth
- Hands-on expertise in Paid Search, ability to scale and optimize channel end-to-end
- Proven success scaling multi-channel acquisition programs in a high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels with end-to-end ownership of paid search
- Mentor and develop a team of paid and organic marketers, oversee external agency partners
- Own acquisition budget, forecasting, and channel performance governance to meet CAC payback targets
- Design experimentation roadmap across creative, landing pages, targeting, and channel mix
- Diagnose funnel performance and make data-driven investment decisions across channels, audiences, and regions
