You'll implement and configure Cyberhaven's DLP solution for clients, ensuring seamless integration into their environments. You'll troubleshoot complex issues by analyzing log files and debugging, coordinating with Support and Engineering teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and configure Cyberhaven's solution within client environments
• Analyze log files and debug to resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time
• Deliver technical training to end users for product utilization

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineer or Professional Services with endpoint security experience
• Experience with DLP solutions like Forcepoint, Symantec, or McAfee
• Hands-on experience supporting SaaS-based security and endpoint agent technologies
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, network protocols, and web technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Agent use and creation (Claude Code, Glean, etc.)
• Knowledge of macOS and Windows ecosystems (MDM, SCCM, Intune)
• Understanding of data classification methodologies
