🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy for adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Maintain productivity benchmarks in a clinic setting
• Document clinical progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team

📋 Requirements

• LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Washington
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to work in a hybrid outpatient setting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT)
• Bilingual skills
• Prior experience in group practice
