💼 About This Role

You'll join PrizePicks as a Senior IT Systems Engineer, enabling internal end users by integrating SaaS providers with SSO/API solutions and building automation workflows. You'll provide Tier III support, architect IT solutions, and guide the implementation of AI workflows across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate SaaS products with SSO and API solutions
• Build automation workflows for IT processes
• Provide Tier III troubleshooting support
• Partner with Security to implement best practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as an IT Systems Engineer
• Experience scripting against REST and other common API protocols
• At least 3 years managing cloud-based SaaS tools
• Experience with MDM environment device management
