You'll own full-cycle sales for Townsquare Media's broadcast and digital solutions in the Albany market. You'll help local businesses grow through consultative partnerships and tailored marketing strategies. This role offers uncapped earning potential and hands-on training from leadership.

• Prospect and secure new business using data-driven insights
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present marketing strategies
• Cross-sell and upsell broadcast, digital, and event solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
