💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute strategies to attract and convert customers to cardholders for a fintech startup backed by leading VCs. You'll own the full lifecycle marketing funnel, creating personalized experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. This is the first hire for this role, offering high autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app
• Develop customer segmentation strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Analytics
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize via A/B testing

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in lifecycle marketing or CRM
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Braze or Iterable
• Proven track record of A/B testing and optimization
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL or similar
