Description

You will work directly with customers to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, combining pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities. You'll architect end-to-end AI solutions, pitch to C-level stakeholders, and lead lighthouse projects from pilot to production.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a technical customer-facing role (SaaS, Consultancy, or Enterprise CoE)
• Excellent analytical thinking mapping business pain points to AI solutions
• Ability to translate complex architectural concepts for non-technical audiences
• Deep practical experience delivering AI solutions to customers
• Full-stack implementation skills in complex enterprise IT landscapes

Responsibilities

• Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions using Python, LLM-based architectures (RAG), and ML models
• Pitch Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and package into scalable offerings
• Define and execute technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers
• Design and architect deployments integrating AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation
