You'll lead design for B2B marketing assets across six divisions of a global innovation client, collaborating with project managers and a team of designers. You'll drive creative projects from brief to completion, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print. This role offers the chance to work remotely for a leading creative agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct digital, print, and video projects across six B2B divisions
• Develop creative concepts for multiple touchpoints and channels
• Mentor and coach junior creative team members
• Oversee quality control of finished files for output compliance

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience as a Digital, Interactive, or Visual Designer in an agency
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, with strong layout and typography skills
• Experience leading and managing designers
• Proven track record of interpreting briefs and delivering within deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B experience highly preferred
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation
• Awareness of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends
