💼 About This Role
You'll be the first local marketing hire in Canada, driving growth and scaling the Canadian SME business from 0 to 1. You will work closely with commercial and strategy teammates reporting to the Head of SME, Canada. This hybrid role in Toronto involves executing end-to-end event programs and identifying co-marketing partnerships to accelerate pipeline.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Assist in strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of North America field events
- Execute end-to-end event program management including vendor and budget management
- Identify co-marketing partnership opportunities and build collaborations
- Provide data and insights on strategic events to support commercial team
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a B2B marketing role with events/partnerships experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent events with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment with adaptability

- Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo
- Demonstrated success in creating and growing communities driving brand loyalty
