You'll manage enterprise customer accounts at RightShip, the world's largest maritime due diligence organization. You'll drive value realization, engagement, and retention for high-touch strategic accounts across the product suite. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of maritime safety and technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new customers
- Monitor account health and identify risks to retention
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Sales teams
- Facilitate timely contract renewals and identify growth opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience managing enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to track and analyze customer usage metrics
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

- Familiarity with data analytics or scoring systems
- Certification in Customer Success (e.g., CCSM)
