You'll manage enterprise customer accounts at RightShip, the world's largest maritime due diligence organization. You'll drive value realization, engagement, and retention for high-touch strategic accounts across the product suite. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of maritime safety and technology.

  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new customers
  • Monitor account health and identify risks to retention
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Sales teams
  • Facilitate timely contract renewals and identify growth opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to track and analyze customer usage metrics
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
