- Build deep relationships with strategic customer accounts

- Minimum 5 years in customer success or strategic account management at a SaaS B2B company
- Proven executive presence engaging C-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset to derive insights from customer data
- Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight, Salesforce, or Catalyst

- Certification in UX research (e.g., Google Coursera)
- Experience with user research methodologies and driving strategy
