  • Manage a portfolio of ~70-80 ecommerce customers
  • Drive adoption of Gorgias features including AI and automation
  • Analyze support workflows and recommend improvements
  • Monitor account health and identify churn risks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing multiple customers in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communicator for structured customer conversations
  • Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution
