๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of ~70-80 ecommerce customers
- Drive adoption of Gorgias features including AI and automation
- Analyze support workflows and recommend improvements
- Monitor account health and identify churn risks
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience managing multiple customers in a SaaS environment
- Strong communicator for structured customer conversations
- Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution
