🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee HRMS system for accurate employee data
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and candidate records
• Handle payroll processing, FnF, and benefits queries
• Address employee grievances and support people management

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of HR operations experience including HRMS, recruitment, payroll
• Strong knowledge of HRMS systems like Zing/SAP/Workday
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employee query management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Post graduate degree in HR or related field
• Experience with company events and engagement activities
