  • Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
  • Assist users with billing, technical issues, and platform navigation
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple systems
