Your work will directly improve platform performance by identifying issues and sharing insights with internal teams. - Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with empathy
- Assist users with billing, technical issues, and platform navigation
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when needed
- Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance

- Customer service passion and high-quality user experience focus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making
