🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure encounter data submissions meet federal and state requirements
• Analyze and interpret encounter data errors to identify trends
• Review and resolve encounter errors to maintain high acceptance rates
• Monitor monthly reports and create error resolution plans

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience with encounter data submissions and resolution
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✨ Nice to Have

• 5 years of experience as a healthcare claims supervisor or above
• Knowledge of healthcare claims operations
