You'll manage a field sales team driving EDC device sales for Paytm's Oil & Gas vertical, onboarding merchants at petrol pumps and distributors. You'll train and motivate team members to achieve targets and ensure consistent growth in transaction volumes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales and deployment in oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in channel sales & distribution
• Proven experience leading field sales teams
• Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding and field sales operations
• Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking
