You'll join NEORIS, now part of EPAM, as a Senior SAP BTP Functional Analyst on a support and maintenance team. Your core impact is providing functional support for Accounts Receivable processes within SAP FI, focusing on user assistance, incident analysis, and accounting closing support. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide functional support for SAP BTP applications and services.
• Manage incidents related to integrations, extensions, and flows.
• Monitor services, connectivity, and logs of SAP BTP solutions.
• Coordinate issue resolution with development and architecture teams.

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with SAP BTP or SAP cloud environments.
• Experience in support and maintenance of applications on SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of integrations and extensions in SAP environments.
• Experience in user support and functional documentation.
