You'll build AI-first tooling to optimize fincrime investigation workflows at Monzo, driving efficiency and automation to keep customers safe. This role combines product strategy with hands-on delivery in a high-impact area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities to improve investigation efficiency without compromising quality.
• Lead a cross-functional squad across risk, engineering, data, machine learning, and operations.
• Build new tooling or improve existing tooling to help Customer Operations improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Ops Collective to improve forecasting and workforce planning.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in fintech or scale-up.
• Strong understanding of automation and AI-driven tooling.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to drive product decisions.

• Experience with ML engineers and complex technical products.
• Background in financial crime or fraud prevention.
