Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of renewal specialists
  • Lead vision and strategy of Global Renewals
  • Manage operating procedures and iterate on processes
  • Own renewal retention forecast and report to Chief Customer Officer
  • Partner with Sales VPs and Customer Success Directors on escalated issues
