Description
You will empower go-to-market teams by creating content, championing the Challenger sales methodology, and optimizing processes to help close deals faster and retain customers longer. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to build and maintain an enablement ecosystem.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related GTM role
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (Spekit, Highspot, Guru, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Challenger Sale methodology or similar consultative frameworks
- Experience creating sales content, training materials, or process documentation
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Champion Challenger Sales methodology across GTM teams
- Design and deliver enablement programs for new hires and ongoing development
- Create interactive learning experiences using enablement platforms (Spekit, Highspot, Guru)
- Build and curate centralized content library (battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, etc.)
- Document sales and customer success processes end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities
